Today in this information age according to economic experts of the world, inflation rate is increasing 20 times every interval of ten years. But Income of the middle class and poor people is not increasing in that ratio.
Today information technology has eliminated all the boundary lines on the map of the world and turned the world into “a global village”. As a result the market is flooded with varieties of new and attractive products . At the same time multinational companies are in a position to spend a lot of money on publicity and attractive advertisements to capture the market. Big bazaar, Mega mart, TOTAL Super market, Malls are example of all these.
But majority of middle and poor class people of our country, even they do not have capacity to buy basic needs of their life. How they can visit the malls?
Network Marketing technology has come in existence for noble cause. Whatever money is going to the middle men and rich people (cricket stars, film stars etc. in publicity) that money should be distributed among needy people – that is the motive of network marketing business.
But today in India network marketing companies are flooded, fly by night, by offering fraudulent schemes. They pose themselves as network marketing companies offering independent business opportunities to gullible the middle class and poor people. One should beware of getting trapped into them. Before joining one must should check these points:
True Network (Time Decreases, Income Increases)
Pseudo (False) Network (Time Increases, Income Decreases)
Either company is product based or not. At the same time, they are having they own product or taking from the traditional market.
Either they are giving stress on selling the product only or their education system also.
Either they are having big offices in different cities or they are having big establishment also.
Either they are working on instant gratification or delayed gratification.
Either their motive is to building the business only or building the member also.
Either success rate (earnings) of distributors are very high or moderate.
Find out the back ground of the MD and company assets .At last but most important you must find out how and from where they are giving money to their distributors.
If it is a true network business, “you will get money with blessings of the people” and if it is a pseudo network business, “you may get a lots of money but with curse of the people”.

I thank you for posting this true story of fraudulent MLM companies. some Notorious mlm leader launch own company without management skills, to be rich. There are 50-100 mlm failed guys who are readily available in every city.These people are historysheeter of MLM.You find them in almost all the mlm.They at once join new mlm with a belief that top ID place will make them rich, at the same time company leader give them free join id.These guys only eye the money and do not consider fair trade practices.They work hard with a mission to damage established mlm network of good companies. Later on they again fail and throw their new friends into shit…..very bad in India as no firm law so far.
I will request to govt to make laws.
even though rcm is a good concept but due to loyaty club and its timly changes the concept has created a doubt it self alos transfer in commission system and delivery of lic products has crated a great fus among the minds of middle class people who are in the position to trust the company it s elf .
