In this Information age, there is no guaranty of traditional business or any government services or private services except sales profession .That is the reason, today more than 50% college graduates are more interested to choose his career as sales professionals’ .Today in every field the demand of proficient sales person is very high but the supply is very low than ever before. Today service providers are more than users. They are ready to provide the services at the door.

Today buyers know much and more about the products and services through internet and media.

Today competition has become more sophisticated.

Today selling is not only an art but science too because it is based on ethical principles not on tactics.

Today very few sales persons are successful in his professional career.

Because very few sales persons are able to update their knowledge in time regarding their products and services. Very few are having learning attitude and burning desire in their heart.

But most of the people fail in selling profession not due to lack of talent but quitting before the time, they do not have patience and perseverance.

Sales profession is the process, Persistence and practice that brought the proficiency; this is exact same thing like swimming. As you cannot swim in the river or ocean immediately by mere reading a book or listening big lecture on “how to swim?” Similar way sales techniques can not just be learned or taught unless it is practiced in the field consistently.

As we know today we are living in the information age .Things are changing very fast. We should develop our ability to adopt new thing very fast in this competitive era.
