Building a team in network business is like planting a garden. You till the soil, fertilize it,  keep the weeds out and make sure  it is protected from bad weather, sheep/goats and small children. But some seeds will grow while others will wither. All you can do is water, fertilize and weeds out. The strong seed will grow.
