RCM कंपनी शुरू से ही हर तरह से हर स्तर पर कानून की आँखों में धुल झोंक कर आमजन को ठग कर पैसा बना रही थी
दो लाख रुपये की सामान्य पूंजी से शरु हुई कंपनी शुरू से ही हर तरह से, हर स्तर पर कानून की आँखों में धुल झोंक कर आम अवामजन को ठग कर पैसा और ढेर सारी सम्पति बना रही थी, इनके द्वारा की जा रही ठगी के कई बड़े खुलासे तो हो गए हे लेकिन कई तरीके ऐसे थे कि कोई सपने में भी नहीं सोच सकता कि खुल्ले आम ठगी की जा रही हे, उनमे से कुछ उदाहरण निम्नलिखित हे :–
मीटिंग प्रवेश शुल्क से ठगी :-
पहले से कंपनी के लिए कार्य कर रहे सेवक जिस किसी को कंपनी का सदस्य बनाना चाहते थे तो उसे सामान्य जानकारी देने के बाद किसी न किसी तरीके से उसे मीटिंग स्थल तक लाते, इस तरह की मीटिंगे, सेमिनार देश के हर छोटे-बड़े शहर, गाँव में हर माह कई बार होती ही रहती थी जिसे कंपनी से आये लीडर संबोधित करते थे और वहां उस नये सज्जन से 30/- से 100/- रुपये प्रवेश शुल्क के नाम पर धरा लिए जाते. लीडर की तो सेमिनार लेने की मज़बूरी होती थी क्योंकि यदि वह हर माह कम से कम दो बार मीटिंग नहीं लेता तो कंपनी उसका लीडरशिप बोनस (मीटिंग लेने का भत्ता) रोक देती लेकिन उस सज्जन की अन्दर आने की मज़बूरी का फायदा उठाया जाता.
यहाँ बात 30/- से 100/- रुपये की नहीं हे ये तो बहुत मामूली रकम हे लेकिन जरा सोचिये कि पुरे देश में इस तरह की सेकड़ों मीटिंगे रोज होती थी जिनमें कुल मिला कर हर माह लाखों लोग शिरकत करते थे और इस ठगी का शिकार होते थे.
जोइनिंग किट से ठगी :-
साम-दाम-दंड-भेद आदि उपायों के कारण यदि कोई कंपनी में जोइनिंग लेना चाहता तो उसे एक जोइनिंग किट जो कि ना ना प्रकार के होते उनमे से कोई एक खरीदना पड़ता, ज्यादातर लोग 1500/- रुपयों वाला एन एम किट खरीदते जिसकी बाजार में वास्तविक कीमत 600/- रुपये भी नहीं होती थी अंत सीधे तौर पर उसकी 900/- रुपयों से पहली ही खरीद पर जेब कटती, इस तरह प्रति माह लाखों लोग उन्हें दिखाए गए खयाली ख्वाबों, लोटरी खुलने की आस में जोइनिंग करते और कंपनी करोडो रूपए कमाती. रेड पड़ने तक करीब एक करोड़ चोतिस लाख लोगो को कंपनी इस तरह से बड़े ही आराम से ठग चुकी थी.
मासिक खरीददारी में ठगी :-
कंपनी अपने प्रत्येक सदस्य को डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर मानती और उसे कई तरह की स्कीमो का लालच दे कर उससे प्रति माह कम से कम 1000/- रुपयों के सामान की खरीददारी करवाती जिनमें अधिकतर सामान की क्वालिटी हलके दर्जे की होती और ये उपभोक्ता सामग्री के लिए सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित किये गए स्टेंडर व् प्रयोगशाला से भी प्रमाणित नहीं होते थे और खुल्ले बाजार में उनकी वेल्ल्यु आधी 500/- रूपए भी नहीं होती थी जबकि कंपनी के द्वारा सभी बिचोलियों को हटा कर उन्हें सीधे बिक्री की जाती थी. एक छोटे से उदाहरण से यह बात साबित होती हे कि बाजार में FPO से प्रमाणित पारले ग्लूकोज बिस्किट करीब 100 Gr. वजन का सात-सात विपणन बिचोलियों को बीच में कमीशन देने के बाद अंतिम उपभोक्ता को 5/- में मिलता हे, वही RCM अपना लोकल क्वालिटी का मिल्क मैजिक बिस्किट निर्माण कंपनी से सीधे उपभोक्ता को देने के बावजूद 60 Gr. के 5/- रुपये वसूलती थी, इस तरह के सेकड़ो उदाहरण भरे पड़े हे. अंत स्पष्ट हे कि RCM लोगो को लोटरी और चैन सिस्टम का लालच दे कर अपना घटिया माल भी महंगे दामो पर बेच रही थी. 500/- रुपये ज्यादा ले कर कंपनी उसके अपने यहाँ बनाये गए खाते में करीब 40/- रुपये वापस डालती थी जो कि 500/- रुपये योग होने पर ही उसके बेंक खाते में ट्रांसफर किये जाते थे अंत स्पष्ट हे कि 12 माह तक के कुल 6000/- रुपये ज्यादा ले करके उसे 500/- रुपये ही वापस मिलते. यदि कोई बेचारा बीच में किसी वजह से खरीददारी करना छोड़ देता तो उसका कमीशन कंपनी में ही पड़ा रहता. अभी जाँच करताओ के खुलासे में मालूम चला हे कि इस तरह के 64,00,000 चौसठ लाख लोगों का कंपनी करोडो रूपए कमीशन लम्बे समय से दबा कर बैठी थी यानि कि कंपनी के साथ आय की आस में जुड़े कुल लोगो में से आधो को हकीकत में एक पैसे का भी कमीशन नहीं मिला था.
रिवार्ड ATM CARD फार्म से ठगी :-
कंपनी अपनी स्थापना से कुछ वर्षों तक सदस्यों को उनके कमीशन का भुगतान चेक से करती थी लेकिन बाद में चेक बंद कर दिए गए और कहा गया कि अब ऑन लाइन कमीशन को ट्रांसफर किया जायेगा और इसके लिए UTI BANK अब AXIS बैंक में कंपनी के द्वारा डिस्ट्रीब्युट्रो का खाता खुलवाया जायेगा और इसके प्रति फॉर्म का चार्ज आरसीएम कंपनी के द्वारा 150/- रुपये लिए गए जिसकी किसी को कोई रसीद नहीं दी गयी और लाखों कि तादात में ये फार्म बेचे गए, जबकि बेंक के द्वारा फार्म और खाता खोलने का एक पैसा भी चार्ज नहीं लिया जाता हे केवल एक वर्ष पूर्ण होने पर डेबिट कार्ड के वार्षिक चार्ज उसके खाते में डेबिट किये जातें हें. इस तरह करोडो रुपये इक्कठे किये गए.
रिजोइनिंग किट से ठगी :-
“Come Once Stay Forever” के नारे को जोर शोर से प्रचार करने वाली कंपनी ने खुद को, परिवारजनों और कुछ चापलूस लीडरों को ज्यादा फायदा दिलाने के लिए एक साजिश रची और लाखों सदस्यों को उन्हें मेहनत कर के ज्वाइन कराने वाले प्रपोजर, ग्रुप की जेनेरिक ट्री के एक निश्चित स्थान से अन्य जगह उन लीडरों, परिवारजनों की ट्री में स्थानांतरण कर दिया इस कारण से लाखों वे सदस्य जिनका थोडा-बहुत कमीशन बनता था वह भी बंद हो गया पर वे चुने हुए लीडर व् परिवारजन और अधिक धनवान हो गए. इस रि-जोइनिंग किट से कंपनी ने भी अपनी सोची समझी रणनीति से खूब चाँदी काटी और अपना ओवर स्टॉक, पुराना ख़राब हो चुका सामान, रिजेक्टेड सिडियें, रद्दी के भाव बिकने वाली किताबे, बेग आदि को जिनकी कीमत बाजार में 100/- रुपये भी नहीं थी को 500/- रुपयों में बेच दिया जिससे कंपनी और मुख्य कार्यकरता तो आर्थिक आजाद हो गए लेकिन वे लाखों लोग जो आर्थिक आजादी पाने की आस में आये थे वे ठगे से रह गए, उनकी ‘B’ लेग का बिजनस लाखों रुपयों से हजारों, फिर धीरे-धीरे सेकड़ो और आखिर में 0 पर आ गया, अपनी मेहनत को इस तरह लुटते देख उनकी कैसी हालत हो गयी?
लीडरों के अंतर्कलह से ठगी :-
कहने को तो कंपनी ने इस बिजनस को आपसी प्रेम और भाईचारा बढ़ाने और एक बार मेहनत करने के बाद कई पीढ़ियों तक आय उस मेहनत से लगातार मिलती रहेगी कह कर प्रचारित किया, लेकिन असली हकीकत कुछ और ही थी. आर सी एम् बिजनस प्लान इस तरह गढ़ा गया कि हर सदस्य की क्रोस लेग होती थी और सेमिनारों के मंच पर आपस में गले मिल कर अति प्रेम का नाटक करने वाले लीडर जिनके कि अच्छा-खासा कमीशन हर माह बनता था वे बेचारे इस तरह के बिजनस प्लान की वजह से मजबूर हो कर बाहर फिल्ड में एक-दुसरे की लेग पर कुल्हाड़ी भी चला देते थे यानि कि क्रोस लेग में जुड़े अच्छे कार्य करने वाले को प्रलोभन दे कर अपनी लेग में जोड़ लेते, और यही छोटी सी गलती से वे टी सी जी के पहले से ही इस बात को ध्यान में रख कर बनायें शर्तो के जाल में फंस जाते, फिर शिकायतों का दौर शरु होता व् मामला टी सी जी तक जाता और जिस तरह दो बिल्लियाँ अपनी एक रोटी की लड़ाई के न्याय के लिए चालाक बन्दर के पास जाती हे तो क्या होता हे यह बात बच्चा-बच्चा जानता हे, जिस पक्ष का पलड़ा भारी होता वह बच जाता और हल्के पलड़े वाले की या दोनों की ही आईडी सर जी टर्मिनेट कर देते, अन्य लीडर लोग इस न्याय की वाह-वाह करते, खूब तालियाँ बजाते बिना यह जाने कि एक दिन किसी न किसी बहाने से आखिर उनका भी टिकट कट जायेगा, यही एक तरह से पहले से सोची समझी चाल, ठगी थी क्योंकि अब से हर माह उस टर्मिनेट हुई आईडी पर बनने वाला उतरोत्तर बढ़ता हुआ लाखों का कमीशन कंपनी के बेंक खातों में ही सर जी की पीढ़ियों तक के लिए कैद हो जायेगा और वह लीडर न घर का रहता न घाट का और ख़ून के आंसू रोता कि शायद सर जी का दिल पसीज जाए लेकिन उस जीव को क्या मालूम कि ये एहसान फरामोश अब इतने बड़े बन चुके कंगूरे की नीवं की ईट को इस तरह निकाल फेंकते हे जैसे दूध में से मक्खी. जाँच में इस तरह की करीब चार लाख आइडियें पाई गई हे जिन पर हर माह करोडो का कमीशन बनता था लेकिन उसका भुगतान उन सदस्यों, लीडरों को नहीं किया जाता था कंपनी के पास ही रहता था. आखिर उन लाखों भाइयों की हाय भगवान ने सुनी और उस घमंडी कंगूरे को टी.टा. की तरह जमींदोज कर दिया.
किताबों, सी डी व टूल्स से ठगी :-
किसी के RCM में जोइनिंग ले लेने के बाद उसके अप लाइन के द्वारा किसी न किसी बहाने से उसे ढेर सारी आर सी एम् की किताबें, सी डी यां व टूल्स जबरदस्ती खरीदने के लिए बाध्य किया जाता. ये टूल्स अधिकतर कंपनी के कर्ता धर्ताओं के द्वारा ही लिखे या बनवाये गए होते जिनकी लेखन, प्रिंटिंग व रिकार्डिंग क्वालिटी बहुत ही निम्न स्तर की होती थी ऐसे टूल्स को कंपनी उसकी लागत से कई गुना अधिक कीमत पर विक्रय कर के एक तरह से ठगी करती थी. लाखों की संख्या में इस तरह के टूल्स बेच कर कंपनी ने करोड़ों रुपये बनाये.
वेबसाईट अपग्रेड के बहाने ठगी :-
आपको यह बात अजीब सी लग सकती हे लेकिन सत्य यही हे कि कंपनी समय-समय पर यह कह कर वेब साईट अप ग्रेड करती रहती कि इससे कार्य प्रणाली में सुधार होगा लेकिन परदे के पीछे का सच यह था कि इस बहाने लाखों डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर जिनका कि कंपनी अकाउंट में कमीशन 500/- रुपये से कम जमा हुआ होता था उसे 0 कर दिया जाता, यही नहीं जिनका 500/- से 5000/- प्रति माह कमीशन उनके बेंक खातों में ट्रांसफर हो रहा होता उनके पर्सनल डिटेल से बेंक खाते कि डिटेल ही हटा दी जाती थी ताकि न रहें बांस न बाजे बांसुरी. इस तरह के पीड़ितों को कई- कई माह तक तो यह मालूम ही नहीं चलता था क्योंकि हर आम सदस्य तो रोज इन्टरनेट पर अपना आर सी एम् खाता चेक करता नहीं था फिर फोन पर कस्टमर केयर का तरीका असह्योगनीय व् टाल-मटोल करने वाला होता था और यह फोन भी उन्हें बड़ी मुश्किल से ही लग पाता था और हर डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर तो भीलवाडा इस छोटी सी रकम के लिए आ नहीं सकता था और अंत में इनमे से कुछ विरले सक्रीय डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर ही अपना खोया धन वापस किसी तरह से जुगाड़ कर के पा सकते थे बाकियों का इस छोटी-छोटी रकम से बना कुल करोडो रूपया कंपनी के पास ही पड़ा रह जाता इस तरह कंपनी यहाँ पर भी ठगी करने से नहीं चुकती थी.
